SHIPPING, PAYMENT, COD and COVID - 19 POLICY

FOR PREPAID ORDERS:

• Shipping charges: *Free Shipping for All Orders.
• Delivery Time: *Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days post shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).
  We aim to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering your products within the estimated delivery time. However, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistic challenges beyond our control, for which we are not liable. We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time. Orders placed after 5 p.m. on Fridays will be processed for shipment only on the following Mondays.

• Shipping Information: Once the Prepaid order is confirmed within 48hrs (Except Saturday, Sunday and Other local and Government Holidays), The order will be processed and Shipped with the Suitable Courier for the same -- Buyer will receive a tracking ID/ Shipping Link to the Registered Email and Registered WhatsApp Number (*If agreed to receive updates through WhatsApp)
  • Payment mode: You can pay online using Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, Wallets – PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Free charge, PayZapp, Airtel Payments Bank, UP ids like – Google Pay, BHIM, Paytm, and more.
  • Additional charges: There are no additional charges.
  • Non-Deliverable Address: f we are unable to Deliver the Prepaid Orders you will reimburse the same amount through the payment channel which you are used within 48hrs and the same we will intimate.
  • Wrong Addresses: We are not responsible for Wrong Mobile Numbers & Addresses which you are Entered and Requesting to kindly Cross Check before placing the Orders.
  • Lockdown: In any case Lockdown if imposed in our area at that time we will cancel the orders and we will issue the refund of same In any case if buyer request we will take some additional time to deliver the same.

FOR COD ORDERS:

IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't Guarantee Delivery of COD orders due to following situations---- please read Carefully bellow Before Placing COD orders once you placed the order and you are agreed our COD Policy.

We would request you to cooperate as we are continuously working towards fulfilling your order on time. • Payments: For COD orders please arrange the suitable amount for the placed orders (we don't guarantee at the time of Delivery UPI Payments available with Courier Delivery Agents.)
• Additional charges: There are no additional charges.
• Open Deliveries: We don't Allow Open Deliveries and Please don't Force the Delivery Agents.
• Do you Guarantee the Delivery**?For COD orders we don't guarantee Delivery in some cases due to several logistical problems and other uncontrollable situations.
• Do You Cancel the COD Orders?
  • If we feel the Courier Expenses are high for COD orders at that time, we will cancel the same without any Information to the Buyer.
  • If the pin code is unserviceable with our carriers, we will Cancel the order without Intimating the buyer.
  • If the address is not Sufficient at that time also, we will Cancel the Order without any intimation to the Buyer.
  • Sometimes we will call the Buyer and Cross Check the same regarding for further order proceeding.
  • Cash on Delivery is only Convince to the Senior Citizens and we have a right to Cancel the Orders without giving Prior Information to the buyer.
  • In any case Lockdown if imposed in our area at that time we will cancel the orders.

COVID - 19 POLICY:

DO YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE VACCINATED?

• Yes, All of our Production, Packing, Marketing, Sales and other Admin staff all are Vaccinated and Daily monitored with temperature, maintaining physical distance and hand sanitizing in every stage.
• All our working areas are daily basis sanitized and we don't allow without mask.
• Some times we may respond slower than the normal response time.

Important Note**:

We don't guarantee the delivery of COD orders because there are lot of uncontrollable situations which may take in place Eg. The delivery Agents sometimes may update with wrong remarks eg: Buyer Not Interested and Buyer Asked to open the delivery etc., By stating that simply they send for RTO. In this scenario we will not guarantee the same.

* The delivery time estimates may vary slightly from State to State. Days are calculated as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
